Make transmog scrolls acount bound
to be honest, im not sure if this has been discused already, or what the answer was:
the idea is simple, make the transmog scrolls ACCOUNT BOUND. that would let scrolls to be transfered between characters within the account.
why is this usefull you ask?, well, im quite sure there is a LOT of people who keeps getting transmog scrolls on their already full transmoged characters, and no scrolls on the character they wish to mog (RNG can be quite frustrating some times). making the scrolls account bound would let the players who have a lot of scrolls on characters they dont need, to use them on the characters that do need. also, it would allow players to "farm" the scrolls on any character they wish, giving them a lot more variety for the "transmog farm runs" and avoid using characters they dont really want on BG's, thus preventing other players from a bad performance from the farming player.
