pls help!i was banned for no reason!

im owjddyma,my web account got ban nowadays reason is (Your account has been terminated due to Botting)
ive played on this server for few months and never did it. so i dont know why i got ban from this reason.i just love this game and wanna play it in outland.
i guess the reason is that im a chinese player and my country's gov not allowed us serach almost all foreign websites. so i need to use VPN（which can change my ip）for log my account.
and i think some people who are using the same VPN and did this illegal, and i got implicate. so plz double check it,sir!
warmane is really a very good server and ive spent lots of time and energy on my character.so i wont do any illegal stuff putting my account in danger.
