Strange problem

Last day i make icc 25 and i have quest for shadow Edge but need only rotface's acidic blood and we kill rotface and i loot rotface's acidic blood after this we i left group becouse not need nothing and i log off and 10 hours later blood its gone is not in my bag... please help me GM

Lost items can not be restored. You will have to get it again.

Must be Resored becouse is not my foult server sometime bug

Only items that were purchased with coins can be restored. If you obtained it in game, there is no support for it. Doesn't matter how it disappeared.
