Issue with my abilities

I have tried to start three seperate characters that all end up with the same problem very shortly after.

I will be playing normally and suddenly my regular attacking abilities at starting levels will just, stop working. I will be targeting an enemy from proper range.

Invalid Target

This has happened with a Rogue, Hunter, and now a Shaman.

Not really sure what I'm doing wrong here, I would try and re target, try it against something else entirely, nothing. Any ideas of what is happening?

Same thing is happening with me, but only in arenas, and the bug appears randomly every once a while thus making us lose because of a bug
Some abilities work but most of the damaging abilities dont work..

Hit alt key once.
Wow sometimes bugs up if you alt tab, and registers alt as always holding.
