Just downloaded the game and every time I log into the game to play my settings reset to the defaults and I have to do them again , saw a thread about this saying I need to change the WTF folder from read only but it doesnt work , any sugestions?

Just downloaded the game and every time I log into the game to play my settings reset to the defaults and I have to do them again , saw a thread about this saying I need to change the WTF folder from read only but it doesnt work , any sugestions?
Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
if it does not work it means you did something wrong
