I see that the upgrade/potential downgrade is for only those who have spent coins on Neltharion.
Whilst this is no problem for this account I am posting from, I also have an alt account that has not donated or spent any coins which has characters I would like to transfer.
If I were to donate now on that account now, is it too late for it to be enabled the use of the conversions?
