I think I should have a teleport to moonglade spell in my book. level 14 at this point. Still not there. Trainers in blood-hoof can't help me. Any recommendations or info?

Open a ticket in game and see if a GM can help you.
I remember you should have the spell around that level. Try going to level 20, if nothing happens then opena ticket.
