I had Purchased item Ashes of Al'ar for 175.0 points 3 years ago. I re-logged in today after a very long long time and to my disappointment i wasn't able to find my mount anywhere. I could really use help here please.

If it;s for points i doubt you can get any help, as theres no support for point system.
