i have to wait 3 hours everyday to play?

Not if you donate 10 bucks, you will be able to skip the queue and play, and it's permanent

Then you use use a few of those coins you get for donating to buy a few thousand gold so you dont have to be a poor chump on a new server.

Alternatively, if you can only play during peak hours, the Lordaeron realm never has queues. So it is a nice option.
