Unfair bann , ban no reason

on 17.08.2018 i take ban no reason , its maybe we playing with my brother together from different IP and maybe for that we have bann ... , he is plathiying from bulgaria and i playing from germany , i don't think the bann is for some bot because we not using . I sent ban apeal and ofc email but i have no answer 7 days , can i have some information please

i do it before 7 days and nothing till now , how long i need to w8 L?

until they answer. ban appeals have the lowest ticket priority.

Omg ... that not good ,you take ban for nothing and than you need to w8 1 month ,that is unfair
