Bug from undercity

i teleported from dalaran to undercity and went to auction house and right before i reached it dungeon was found. after dungeon flying mount carried me outside the map and even unstuck don't help me. i'm stil flying circles above eastern kingdom outside the map. please help to unstuck me!

ok now i died and realiesed in kalimdor. one problem that i died above eastern kingdom map. so now i have to use spirit healer to revive because im sure that i can run to my corpse. at least i can move now...
