Locked account

Greetings everyone,
I've encountered a problem recently: After I enter the world with any of my charcters, I get no response from the server. I tried logging in to my account on the site, and I've gotten a message saying that my account has been locked due to strange log in patterns. Please help me understand why is this happening.

Make a ban appeal using support system on website here. If that's not available, send an email to [email protected].

I cannot make a ban appeal because I can't log into my account on website either. I get the message for 2 factor authorisation thing, i get a code sent to my email and when i try to enter that code in the provided bar it just says that the code has expired, and so on.
