Frostwolf keeps appearing offline.

I just downloaded Mist of Pandaria again,from a cople of months.(Got this 1 - http://zamunda.net/banan?id=408910&t=game )
I log succesfully into my account but the realm keeps appering offline and i can't connect,is it only with me, if yes how can i fix that? Do i need the Warmane - MoP?
OR is it really offline ,because the site says its online

Server is online, you miss some folders. Try to download it by torrent and prove which folders are missing or wrong.

And no you don't need warmane mop, other servers function after changing the realmlist in config-folder as well
