Someone invited their alt to the guild, promoted it, and stole all they could from my Guild bank and left the guild.
I have screenshots of everything.
What can I do? And what is the most likely outcome of this type of problem?
Can I contact a GM on the site?
How do I make a ticket on the site?
Will I most likely get reimbursed items or am I SOL cuz no1 will help with this?

The best way is to report him ingame. Open an ingame ticket and explain the issue there. Add the link (proofs) as well
You can upload pics at imgur.com. Be careful, the sequence is vice versa, means that the first uploaded pics are at the bottom, if you want to have a chronological sequence;)
You get a link there which belongs in the ticket.
Respond time of it is 2-5 days. You don't get the items back, but the thief gets a ban because someone gave him the rights to steal items from the bank.
