I can't even enter the game

Whenever i try to start WoW.exe it send me a message that there was some kinda of problem and i should try to go to the blizzard assistance forum, but honestly i don't think that's the case. Can anyone help me?

Edit #1: here is the message:"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

1. Rightclick on wow.exe
2. Leftclick on Properties
3. General
4. Attributes: read-only
5. Deactivate the field there (erase the hook)
6. Approve/OK
7. Rightclick on wow.exe, starting wow.exe as administrator
