Transmog scrolls

Has anyone noticed a drop in droprate of battleground Transmog scrolls??

My second bg in 4 months and I just received a scroll. Few months ago I needed like 20 bgs to get one. So I think its increased, cool.

Thanks for replies, i found it odd, because i do have relativly good drop rate on one char, but on the other i got 1 scroll for the entire play time o.O very annoying

I got 1 scroll on my mage.. it dropped on the first ever raidboss kill.
Now about 80 bosses later still no new scroll grrrr

Meantime i am getting overrun by them on any other char
