Banned for botting

Hello!
I'm just being honest, I saw a lot of ppl using bots and I was just be curious about how that is helping you and searched a google. I've found a bot and turned it on for like 15-20 mins, didnt even know how to use him or w/e and I had been banned. I didn't intend to do that, I was just curious.
Now my question is: Is there any chances to get unbanned ? It was just a mistake and will never happens again.

Botting is a permanent ban but you can try to appeal it from My Account -> Support if available.
