missing trinket after character faction change

hello

As title say's i recently used the page/ingame character faction change opcion and before that i had the icecrown citadel Lady Deathwhisper trinket
( Whispering Fanged Skull ) i won it doing raids because i am a daily pve player , since i changed to from ally to horde suddently dissapeared from my ingame inventory.

gm said that they dont provide this type of support??? wtf so u just lost a trinket and hours of pveeing for using the page character faction change....
