The chars that i have on now gone cataclysm server i tried yesterday (25/09/2018) to move on pandaria server and even if is writen that it will take 1 hour to be moved they were not moved even now. Who can fix this and why cant i contact support?

Still nothing. The characters are yet to arrive on pandaria server....

Same problem, why is this taking soo long?
One of my friend made an in-game ticket, but even the GM don t know what to do...
