Can i turn down the x7 xp?

I was just wondering if there is anyway to dumb down the insane xp you get so you can actually go through and enjoy the zones, i saw on a different server there is like a spirit healer type person that can turn it down, and was wondering if there is a way for me to do that here

x7 xp makes up for the bugged quests

you can shut off EXP and explore more, then turn it back on
