I don't believe there is an option to donate for just three Euro. A donation of ten euros is required for an account to attain the status of Premium.
Any donation gives premium status and lets you skip queue. For some donation methods it starts from 1 euro. But to sell on Trade section you have to donate at least 10 euros.
