Transfer Medivh-Outland

It is ok that transfering long for 3 hours and still not done? ***** is being transferred from Medivh to Outland, this process can take up to 10 minutes.

I checked Armory and saw that nickname already exists, but i have no message like transfer failed, change nickname, etc. My character dissapeared from account?)

Did your realm transfer eventually complete succesfully?

I got the same problem - 24 hrs later chars are missing. Any ideas how to fix that?

possibility to transfer ended on January 2018 I believe
