Which expansion and why?

Hi all...which expansion is best for hunter mains and why ? I prefer to pay one as a pet collector mostly ,and i prefer marksman tree to snipe for afar and do some "TONS OF DAMAGE!!!!"

So far ive tried only WOTLK...and because im having problems with the wotlk and a corrupt file if im supposed to redownload an expansion i wanna try something else so to see how the world was changed in WoW(npc pets etc !

Not sure about the viability of hunters in other expansions - I only played Mage and Paladin in TBC and WotLK is the farthest expansion I've gotten into.

As for the corrupted file - try redownloading the client again - specifically the "old" one. If that doesn't work, consider downloading another 3.3.5a client via a torrent website (you probably know some).
