Accidentally clicked return on customer support mail I received. Please help.

I claimed Cosmos from the warmane store using points. I received a customer support mail from game then I was spam clicking the item for it to go to my inventory, I accidentally clicked on return. And my item's gone now. Can I have a rollback on some actions so I can claim it again? Thank you.

This happened on Icecrown Server.

it should come back through the mail. if not your sol. there's 0 support for the points system.
