Hallow's End

Hi i want to know where is the Hallow's End? I know for dungueon but is this only ?Raids and more events or not ?

go to brill, razor hill for a bit more horseman comes and sets fire to the town, there is the wickerman outside undercity along the road to silverpine forest anything else check the achievement panel
