While mining in Nagrand I suddenly went to 1 FPS. Other toons on my account are fine, it only effects 1 toon. I have deleted cache, WTF and interface folders, did update on graphics and nothing works. Any suggestions or has this happened to anyone?

While mining in Nagrand I suddenly went to 1 FPS. Other toons on my account are fine, it only effects 1 toon. I have deleted cache, WTF and interface folders, did update on graphics and nothing works. Any suggestions or has this happened to anyone?
Fixed it!!! Apparently it's a Nagrand zone thing is what I hear from others, just use the unstuck feature and all is now good.
