Future Plans on TBC realm

I'm curious if there are any future plans for Outland. Since BFA was released and S4 came to an end, there is literally nothing to do on Outland anymore... The server is just full of bots and so long waiting times plus bad balancing (e.g. 2 horde vs 10 alliance wsg after 30 minute waiting time) that PvP is just unplayable.

Would be great if there was an Outland II. Are there any plans known?

Even our world is in bad balancing of population (e.g 1.386 billion china population vs 325.7 million US population after these many years) Cannot release planet Earth II for that. That's how it is, cannot do anything about it. Same goes to Outland as well, there won't be Outland II and no plans known about it.

Only 1 guild took down KJ = realm dead?

There are some problems related to population balancing but Outland has been released less then 2 years ago and most of the guilds haven't cleared SWP yet.
