Doubt about distribution of points

Hi guys

First they forgive me for my bad English. But I would like to ask. How many sands do I need to do to get the points distributed to me? I have done 12 in 3v3 in soloQ since last Wednesday and they have not given me anything.

10 games on Soloq are enough to get Arena Points.
Remember on Blackrock Arena Points are distributed on Monday and friday

Nothing, I've already played 2 weeks with 12 arena played and they do not give me the points. Any mj that can help me?

You need to have played 10+ games between tuesday and friday (3 am server time). And then another 10 games between saturday and monday (3 am server time).
