i have recently tried to enter my account but it says i need a code from the "Two Factor Authentication" i remember doing that thing to buy gold from the store but never had problems with it until now. i dont recieve any mail with the code and i cant play. i dont know what to do and i dont want to lose my characters. i would like to talk to a gm if possible
