[ANSWERED]Cannot use mounts

Hello!

My character is a lvl32 gnome rogue, and sometimes I cannot summon my mounts:

The mount "casting-bar" finishes, but I'm still on my foot.
But it is not an all-time problem, the problem is only present in
certain outside areas, where I should be able to mount up.

An In-game GM replied to my ticket, by saying that
"I should disable WOD models", and that I should
ask around the forums on how to do that.
If there is another way to fix this issue without disabling the models I would like to know.
