What happened to my account??

Hello there Staff or whoever is reading this so basically i havent played warmane in like idk 5-6 months and i today was like oh... i havent played Wotlk in such a long time and remembered that i had account here so i went and tried to log in and was like oh crap i think i dont remember quite my username and was like its fine its fine i dont need to search through my all usernames that i used just i can reset it via EMAIL and i went to reset it and received a message Username will be sent if account EXISTS... and i was like cool cool but when i went to EMAIL i didnt get it i waited for bit and tried again...Nothing i was like hmm im quite sure that its the right mail and i tried to make a new account on that mail and guess what it said account exists on that mail then i was confused and im quite frustrated because on that account i donated $10 to skip queue can i please get some support and help to sort this out?... thank you

There might be some problems with receiving the email or someone might have logged on your account and changed its email. If accounts email was changed, you should have received an email about that.

Yes an thank you you were right about what youve said im typin from that account after i searched through mail and saw that someone changed it but how can someone change my EMAIL if i havent confirmed the change?? i just clicked on return mail and everything went smooth...Again thanks for helping me case closed :)

Email change doesn't require confirmation. If someone can log on your account on website, he can also change your accounts email. Consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
