Characters didn't transfered to Icecrown.

Hello, after few hours since I transfered my Neltharion characters onto Icecrown, they still can't be found on any of my 4 accounts I did the process in.

It did say that the characters are being transfered and it will take hours atmost, but few hours since then and still nothing.

Also, my Icecrown accounts has 3 character the most stored within them, so me seeing "the newly transfered characters" isn't the case.

Would love some feedback and help on the issue.

At bottom you should see the status of character's transfer

does it say Pending or Completed?

Pending, it's been over half a day, is there's something I'm missing here?

maybe there is some issue, also other players have their character's transfer stuck on pending
