Transfer from another server

Is it possible to transfer a character from another TBC server?

Transfers from other servers are not possible.

It's like, totally, unfair that I can't bring my toon from X to Warmane. I mean it's not like I get the BiS gear from vendors right after character creation in the other realm. Not to mention the totally fair special donator items with 500 STR/AGI/STA/INT/SPIRIT..
