Hello, what is the optimal cleave rotation in dungs for 5man HC? Should i try to dot all targets with all dots? Seems like its a dps loss if thr targets go down quickly.

Toss Vampiric Touch on them, DP to one then mind sear that one. If they don't die till that, you can apply swp too, but this is quite mana consuming.
