I transfered 3 characters from nelth but i did not receive gear on them. Can i still get items on at least 2 (since by now i managed to get around 3.7k on one) ?
Also i can't transfer my shaman because it's a goblin and it says goblins and worgens can;t transfer. Any way to get around that ?
the workaroud is to spend 20 Points to change their race on Neltharion ( by picking a race available on Icecrown).
The point is that I do not know if it worths because maybe staff will solve the problem and in that case you would have waste 20 Points
About the green gear, you should have selected the item pack before to tranfer.
If you are one of those players who transfered too early ( when they have forgot to allow all players to select an item pack for icecrown realm) maybe you can try by opening a ticket in-game or on website
There wasn't the option to pick gear when i transfered. Only the second day it was there. I was thinking i get the gear via mailbox that's why i transfered. If i could have picked an option for gear when i transfered i would have lol.
I made a ticket in-game and i was told to open in support. In account support i couldn't because there wasn't a valid option to pick, only ban appeal but i didn;t get banned that's why i made a post here. No other option in account.
And regarding race change, i guess i'll have to wait for my shaman then cos i don't have points, used 17 to buy an item for one of the chars. But i don't think it will work so i won't waste points because i'm pretty sure you need to log and change your race for that to count and since the server got rekt, you can't change race.
1. If you can not open a ticket on website you can still send an email to [email protected] as last chance
2. About changing race. Yes, it would work because you can still log-in on Neltharion to change race once you buy the "race change" service but, as I said before, it would be a waste of points if staff will allow goblin/worgen to move to icecrown afterwards
