[ANSWERED]Rules not Applying to all

It interesting to note that in the rules, http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037, it states that Racist and Discriminatory behavior is not allowed.
However if you report someone for this behavior, the general reply is to use the in game ignore function. Does this then mean that Political Hate speech is allowed, even if it seriously offends other players.

Just a thought.

This is a very touchy subject, we cannot measure the scale of how much someone is offended by something hence ignore is truly the best option. There are clear cases where bans can be issue (hate speech and similar.)
