Am I losing my mind or did something change? I go to buy my flying training and its 800g? It hasn't been that much on any of my other char is this a bug or somewhere I need to farm some rep.

long time ago there was a "bonus" for alliance players.
800 is normal price for training 60% flying mount
I do believe 1000 is the normal price and with reputation from your home like Stormwind or Orgrimmar etc. you could get a lower price (not 100% sure). 5000 should be the normal price for the 280% training.
