Returning player

Greetings everyone I want to play wotlk again but this time on Lordaeron and I have a couple of questions about this server:
1) Is pve active here , like guilds doing raids , rdf etc ?
2) How is the community ?
3) Is one faction more dominant and active in pve than other?
4) Are there scammers and hackers here?
5) Do all achievements work here?

2) non-toxic (mostly)
3) almost equal
4) multiboxers are hackers or not?
