Lordaeron Master Angler of Azeroth

Are there any plans to fix the Kalu'ak fishing derby and/or the Stranglethorn Vale Fishing Extravaganza?
Currently both events are not working and there are several bug reports created over 3 years. I've seen screenshots and replies from people who have completed it so it must have worked at some point but it certainly does not at the moment.

Kalu'ak Fishing Derby:
-Elder Clearwater spawns on time but doesn't announce anything in /yell
-You could technically hand in a Blacktip Shark at any time Elder Clearwater stands in Dalaran
-Blacktip Shark does not drop. Sometimes you have an empty cast (for example I got a skill point for fishing without looting anything from the cast) so those might be the occurrences when the desired fish might drop, but it doesn't
-impossible to complete because there are no Blacktip Sharks

Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza:
-The event is just not happening at all
-No npc's are spawning at any time
-Fishing schools are not changing to Tasty Fish schools

Without these 2 events it is impossible to get the "Master Angler of Azeroth" achievement in order to complete "Accomplished Angler" to get the "Salty" title.

I know fishing is a very small part of the game and the achievements for it are even more uninteresting for the majority of the player base but it would still be nice if small things like this could get some attention.
