Horde vs Alliance (Lordaeron)

Hello there fellow gAyMeRs. I came here to ask you a simple question. What do you think about the balance between two factions? We all know Alliance dominates world pvp and bgs lately. So many best guilds went to retail or swapped to alliance. Since then Horde keeps sucking on these nuts. They cant even do a normal For The Horde raid. Since they usually get outnumbered. Also i noticed that Horde players are so active in pve instead of pvp. What are your thoughts about reviving this balance? I know for sure this cant go on like this. I dont want the server to die
