Race change outland.

Hi, can you help me to change race. i cant do it becouse of in select character which i want to change no name of my character, and when accept change error: please select character. Does it works properly. Also i cant write ticket to another category (only ban appeal allowed).
Need to change from Blood elf to Undead. 20 coins i have on account.

you need to create a lvl 1 undead with the same class. That is the character which ask you to select afterward . So the system will give to your blood elf the same appearance of that lvl 1 undead

As non premium account you can only open ticket for a ban appeal on the website
