Account banned for advertising?

Somehow my account got banned for advertising. I'm not entirely sure why and I think it might have something to do with logging in with my VPN. Thing is, I tried using the unstuck feature just now with my VPN off, and it still says I am banned. It sites that my IP address (184.75.212.38) is banned, however thats not even my IP address, so somehow this got associated with my account.

Any help on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks!

Using a VPN often results in a ban because many VPNs have been used for advertising and similar activities so those IP addresses are banned.
