PVP Balance ?

After a week of PVP, the question arises:

Where does the big balance problem come from and what can you do about it?
The Alliance has won a maximum of 5 out of 30 PVP battles.
This is permanently frustrating, demotivating and creates an even greater imbalance.

Is there always this imbalance?

Permanently frustrating? Damn. I used to see tons of posts about how alliance always won. I think it really depends on the time of day tho, just dont give up.
