is donating legit

So ive been trying to donate today. I cant get anything to work. After researching PaymentWall, im seriously starting to become concerned.
My question is, are they ACTUALLY a legitimate service for passing along donations to you guys?
I am seriously less than comfortable with what I provided them, but I felt confident in them. Until right now. :\

they do work. they just seem picky. personally only used prepaid mastercards to donate and never had an issue.

I donated 1/2/19 around 9am and have yet to receive coinage. It is now 1/3/19 at 6:45 and I haven't been able to even figure out how to notify anyone?
