I did alot of Quests yesterday and got kinda 10 Mails from Altvather but with no msg and no items in it. I want to go for the "all years again" archiv. But where do i get the food from?

I have receive my mails empty too.... And now with a crash or reboot serv, dont have now any of theese emails..... They disapear ....
Plz fix all the mails issues. All of my rewards from achivements were empty.
So, i maybe lost some mounts too. What can you do for those who lost mails with rewards of achivements ?
