Winter Veil Event Bugs

Hello fellow Warmaners!

So for days i am trying to finish Merrymaker but i am constantly encountering 2 Bugs that drive me crazy.
I have rescued Metzen 5 times now and the follow up Quest is finished aswell.
The Winter Veil Disguise Kit should have been in my Mailbox. But i has been 5 days and nothing arrived!
(Ingame Ticket is open.... waiting for reply)
And i am trying to farm the Red/Green Winter hat, therefor i ran Nexus, Ankhahet and Utgarde Keep heroics every day. Despite a 100% dropchance according to several sources, it did not drop a single time.

Can anyone help me please?

PS: Apperently they are supposed to be fixed.

BUT THEY ARE NOT !!!! :)

They are fixed, you're supposed to do the quests again (they are available from the NPCs)

IF that is true it should come with the mail, since i repeated it.

What about the Winter Hat´s tho?

i got like 3 hats from world drop... and have seen 2 drops out of 3 runs /1 nexus, 2 oculus/, its not 100% but it drops a lot

Alright, Winter Hat at Oculus hc ,100% droprate confirmed !

Is anyone else having trouble with "Bomb them Again"? I'm trying to do the quest line but A Fathers Duty isn't there. Have I missed something?
