AH items not received

I purchased oily blackmouth fish (10) times 2 and went to get from mailbox and it never ended up in my inventory and the mail has vanished AND my 11 gold i spent is gone. I had room in my inventory as well. How can i receive items or get my money back? Not sure where to go for assistance, sorry in advance

If it disappeared, it's most likely not coming back. There is no support for that.
