Haven't received purchased item from store

I purchased an item through the warmane store and I'm not seeing it in my mail. How long does this normally take?

Usualy it arives insta,but now it looks like something happened to the store,im waiting on items aswelll dunno whats wrong!

I donated 7 hours ago and still haven't received my items...

almost 9 hours ago for me. I've been waiting all day to use them...
