Ninja But whos at fault?

Was in a ICC10 raid for a full run did the first boss marrow and the 1h axe dropped i rolled a 97 and a dk rolled a 7 the lead "accidently" gave it to the dk and then he refused to give it to me even though i rolled higher. i have screenshots so if yall know how i can post them let me know.

screen shot and name for the community would be nice. As for sending in a ticket, it could get them banned but I don't know if it gets you the item back that you rightfully won. I'm sorry to hear about that bro.
