I wanted to take advantage of the game here and now. I bought 11 Coins, but what the hell can I use them only after three days from the moment of inclusion of two-factor authorization ?! Why wasn't this warned before buying the coins? Return money or remove this requirement now!
You can't use them on Trade section. You can still use them on Store and Services. The limitation is there to prevent coins getting sent away from stolen accounts. But I agree that there should be more clear warning about it.
They won't remove the limitation and they don't usually return money that was donated. If you want to talk to someone about it, you can make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]. But since it's Sunday and December 30, you probably won't hear back from them within those 3 days.
